Visual Animal was born in April 2014, when I started getting visual project orders from friends. I do graphical design for start up’s, businesses and associations in my free time. My assignments include for example company logos, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, rollups, clothing designs and business cards. I also design Internet pages with WordPress.

As my main profession I work in a Marketing & Communications department in one big international company. My main responsibility is to design our CEO presentations and other materials. Big part of my work is to innovate new ways to make powerful presentations. I have 19 years’ experience of PowerPoint presentation creation. Now days many presentations are also created as videos and with After Effects software. I also create Executive Board’s external presentations and other materials. I also coordinate and manage large visualization projects with the content owners and the advertising agencies. I also participate in event overall look and feel projects and project manage the visualizations in the events. In addition to these I design brochures, internet banners, posters and roll-ups and have some digital marketing experience also.

I can also make presentations with Prezi. I have an eye to the good images, even I am not good in photographing. Gladly my husband is. Adobe Photoshop is one of my favorite tools and also Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

I work with passion and love to learn new things. I’m open, flexible and solution oriented person who is not afraid of challenges. I do not give up until the customer is happy. My positivism and conscientious way of working are the things where I have gotten lots of good feedback.

I have done all kinds of fun projects. One of the funniest and memorable one is when I made five “Chicken rider” costumes for the Midnight run –event. My friends had an idea and I found the creative way to accomplish this. We got into the national news with these costumes and a photo of us is even in a book “Finland in 50 stories”.

I love scuba diving and the oceans with the amazing coral reefs. The name “Visual Animal” comes from this.
